Home – Alte Zeiten

Since our products are antique, one-of-a-kind items, a standard exchange (for the same item in a different version or size) is not possible, as each piece only exists once. Of course, you still have the legal right to return your item to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase price.

The delivery time for orders within Germany is 3 to 5 business days. For deliveries abroad (Canada, United States, United Kingdom), it takes 5 to 8 business days. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship everything in one joint shipment – the delivery time of the item with the longest lead time then applies.

Our products are carefully selected historical pieces that we acquire in their original condition. They originate from various eras and regions and have been professionally inspected by us before sale.

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €6.19 per order. For delivery within Europe, a flat shipping rate of €10.00 applies. For deliveries to other countries (Canada, USA, Great Britain), the flat shipping rate is €15.00 (for shipments up to 2000g).
